This Fund has a target of underperforming Commercial Real Estate properties , specifically properties in auction or owners with financial problems .
The Fund will have a term of 5 years, after that time the properties will be sold and the profits will be disbursed to the Investors.
The investor's money is backed up by the Properties purchased by the Fund.
